The same year, his company signed a contract with the Barrier Foundation (Pakistan’s Charitable Naval Foundation) to build a gated community for the Pakistani Navy.

Rafiq M.Habib

Rafiq M. Habib is a highly accomplished individual with multiple prestigious positions, including Chairman of Thal Ltd. and Group Chairman for the House of Habib. He has served on the Board of Governors for the Pakistan Institute of Management, steered Habib Insurance Company Ltd. and Shabbir Tiles & Ceramics Ltd., and contributed to public limited companies like Toyota-Indus Motor Company Ltd. He has also collaborated with Habib Bank as a consultant, showcasing his creative leadership skills and impressive achievements. Sadruddin Hashwani

Mr. Sadruddin Hashwani is a member of a prominent Karachi industrialist family. As a trader who co-founded the “Hassan Ali Company” with his brother, he began his business career in 1960. The Hashwanis were known as the “Cotton Kings of Pakistan” in the early 1970s. He also was the biggest exporters of rice and other goods.

Mr. Hashwani shifted his focus to other commercial endeavors. He was particularly popular in the hospitality sector and real estate industries. He began work on the Holiday Inn Islamabad in 1973, and Hashwani Hotels Limited, the hotel’s corporate parent, oversaw its opening in 1978. Mian Muhammad Mansha:

A prominent businessman in Pakistan, Mian Mohammad Mansha is the chairman of the Nishat Group, which has a significant impact in the textile, cement, financial services, power generation, real estate, hospitality, dairy and agriculture, paper products, retail trade, aviation, and automotive industries.

He supports initiatives in healthcare, women’s education, sustainable tourism, sports, poverty alleviation, and social uplift since he is a devoted philanthropist. For his services to industrial development, Mr. Mansha received the renowned Sitara-e-Imtiaz (Star of Excellence), Pakistan’s highest civic honor, in 2004.
